The gap between what engineers build and what the business needs is where projects fail. This is how I close it.
Understand
Go deep into the engineering reality. Talk to the engineers, read the architecture docs, reproduce the constraints. No assumptions, no shortcuts. You can't build a bridge you don't understand from both ends.
Translate
Convert technical complexity into the language stakeholders can act on — without losing fidelity. The best translation preserves the nuance of the original. That's what makes roadmaps trustworthy and decisions defensible.
Execute
Drive the work from spec to shipped product, maintaining alignment the whole way. A bridge that's half-built doesn't connect anything. The framework only delivers value when something actually ships.
